Government & Statutory Filing Fees: All third-party fees (e.g., USPTO application fees of $250–$350 per class, state corporate filing fees) are billed directly to the client at cost and must be deposited prior to official submission.

Scope Exclusion: Flat fees do not cover Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, opposition/cancellation litigation, federal court lawsuits, or complex third-party dispute negotiations.
